Application of Photoelectric Sensor in Automatic Production Line
Release time:2017-3-3

Photoelectric sensor is the use of optoelectronic components as a detection element, first changes the measured changes into the signal changes, and then use the optoelectronic components to further convert the optical signal into electrical signals. The photoelectric sensor is generally composed of light source, optical path and photoelectric element 3 part. The photoelectric detection method has the advantages of high precision, fast response and non-contact, and can measure the parameters, the structure of the sensor is simple, the form is flexible and diverse. In recent years, with the development of optoelectronic technology, photoelectric sensor has become a series of products, its variety and increasing production, the user can choose a variety of products according to need, in a variety of light industrial automation machine to obtain a wide range of applications.
1 photoelectric strip deviation detector
The strip deviation detector is used to detect the size and direction of the belt material in the correct position of the material, so as to provide correction signal for the correction control circuit. It is mainly used in the process of printing and dyeing, feeding, film and tape production.
Photoelectric strip deviation detector principle shown in Figure 1. The light emitted by the light source converges through the lens 1 as a line beam, onto the lens 2, and is then converged onto the photoresistor. When the parallel beam reaches the lens 2, a portion of the light is blocked by the strip to be measured, and the luminous flux to the photoresistor is reduced.
It is foreseeable that with the rapid development of automation technology, photoelectric sensors in the light industry automatic production line as a detection device will be more and more widely used.
